how it continues to affect our everyday lives. How one of the smallest moments in time, a

moment so tiny it can easily be dismissed, can lead to a flow-on effect of lifelong health

complications across multiple specialties. How breathing sleep and airway fragmentation alter

our function, and capacity to be our best selves.
