Land Law: Theory and Practice provides a fresh, new approach to the study of land law. It also explores the concept of property both in relation to land and personal property, to consider the fine line between a property right and a personal right.

Shane Sullivan is Senior Lecturer in Law and the Director of Salford Law Undergraduate Programmes where he teaches Land Law and Equity and Trusts. Dr Sullivan joined the University of Salford in May 2014, having previously worked at the Universities of Bedfordshire, Northampton in the UK　and the University of Queensland in Australia.
