About the Author


Hagop Kantarjian, MD, is Professor and Chair of the Department of Leukemia and the Samsung Distinguished Leukemia Chair in Cancer Medicine at The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center. He is the author of 1,800+ peer-reviewed publications, and his research and collaborations were the basis for FDA approvals of more than 20 leukemia. Robert A. Wolff, MD, is Professor of Medicine in the Department of GI Medical Oncology, The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center Deputy Division Head. He also serves as Clinical and Educational Affairs, Division of Cancer Medicine Program Director, Hematology/Oncology Fellowship. Alyssa G.
