This book analyses the nature of the Islamic judicial system in the Islamic Republic of Iran. The study shows the structurally deep-rooted corruption in the judiciary which has had calamitous consequences on Iranian society and has endangered the society's security in the long run.

Mehdi Khosravi studied Social Science at the University of Portsmouth. He earned his Master's degree in Social Studies (majoring in Human Rights) from The Institute for Social Sciences and Humanities (The Hague, the Netherlands).
