About the Author
Andrew J. M. Steven is Professor of Property Law at the University of Edinburgh and former Scottish Law Commissioner Scott Wortley is Lecturer in Private Law at the University of Edinburgh, as well as being a qualified solicitor and is currently a member of the working group assisting the Scottish Law Commission in its work on moveable transactions.
