Avizandum Statutes on Scots Property, Trusts and Succession Law contains the main statutory provisions regulating post-feudal land law in Scotland. It covers both heritable and moveable property, as well as trusts and succession law. Key statutes include: Requirements of Writing (Scotland) Act 1985; Land Reform (Scotland) Ace 2003, Part 1; Title Conditions (Scotland) Act 2012; Charities and Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005; Land Registration etc. (Scotland) Act 2012; and Succession (Scotland) Act 2016.
