He lectures to physicians and dentists in the United States and abroad and is the author of numerous health and wellness articles. Dr. Bonner's professional affiliations include memberships in The American Dental Association, The Texas Dental Association, The Academy of General Dentistry and The American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine, where he is a candidate for diplomat status.
