Two trains scheduled to connect in Big Springs, Texas carry demons and the souls they seek. Lynn and Madeline board a train headed to California in the hunt for the evil Ms. Irma. Unbeknownst to them, she is on the same train.

Earlier, on a different train leaving Detroit, one of Ms. Irma's sworn nemeses 'Jacob' boarded. The two trains are scheduled to connect in the small Texas town of Big Springs. Will Lynn and Madeline once again defy the odds of fate?

Following the death of the wicked Althea, the evil Ms. Irma continues to pursue Willie and David's souls. Hunting her in return, Lynn and Madeline learn that she is bound for Los Angeles and board the Mississippi train to follow her. Unknowingly, they have boarded the exact train Ms. Irma is already on.
