Description

The creator of the universe, animal, angel and human has stepped down from his throne as God. His departure leaves the veil that divides Earth, the afterlife, fantasy and reality torn and open wide. The world transforms into new hunting grounds for children of the "Second God", who takes over in the power vacuum and establishes a throne in Memphis, Tennessee. The distant future is nowhere near what anyone imagined. Instead of a thousand years of peace and advanced technology, the world is going through another great trial of salvaging what's left of technology and a never-ending war with monsters. The world is now an even darker place...and darkness itself is a power. The Gothic Investigation Agency (G.I.A. or The G), built with the sole purpose of doing the Second Lord's bidding, is the most dangerous agency because monsters of the world are in its employ. The remaining light to keep the human world from being fully eclipsed just may be a mother and a son.
